Samantha Booth is responsible for managing the HEAR-MI Coaching project and overseeing the MQI Coaching program. Her work focuses on supporting teachers and instructional coaches to improve the quality of math instruction and develop more equitable instructional practices. Prior to joining Harvard’s Center for Education Policy Research (CEPR), she was a middle school math teacher and elementary school dean of curriculum and instruction. Samantha holds a B.S. in secondary mathematics and special education from Boston University, and an Ed.M. in learning and teaching from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
