Jiseung is a PhD student in Educational Policy and Leadership, at the College of Education, University of Maryland. In the M-powering Teachers projects, she works with Dr.Liu, engaging in various tasks such as data analysis, model enhancement, quantitative research, and contributing to the development of the MPT website. She is interested in leveraging data science to enhance teacher collaboration and examining the impact of online teacher communities on teacher leadership and professional development. She received her BA and MA in Elementary Education from Ewha Womans University in South Korea.Â
